Q. Can I sell a service even if it has no revenue?
Yes. Even without current revenue, if your service has working source code, design assets, domain, active users, content, or SEO traffic that a buyer can build upon, you can apply for a sale consultation.
Q. Is there a fee to list my service?
Initial listing applications and suitability consultations are free. Any optional paid technical audit or dedicated migration package is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Q. How much is the transaction commission?
Commission is determined by transaction size and the required brokerage/review scope. We share the exact rate and terms in writing before your listing goes live or a transaction begins.
Q. Can I buy a service if I am not a developer?
Yes. We provide handover documentation for non-technical buyers, and if you prefer not to manage servers or code yourself, you can apply for ServiceFarm Managed Care.
Q. How does the technical transfer work?
Following an environment audit, we migrate the Git repository, cloud servers, databases (including backup and recovery verification), domain/DNS, external API keys, and admin accounts step by step.
Q. Can I request managed operations for an externally built service?
Yes. Even if your service is not listed for sale on ServiceFarm—whether built in-house, outsourced, or acquired elsewhere—you can independently apply for Managed Care or Technical Transfer.
Q. How are managed operation costs calculated?
We provide a custom quote after reviewing your tech stack, infrastructure complexity, traffic volume, monitoring requirements, and monthly maintenance or feature update scope.
